An amazing job
Sam Oschewski did an amazing job helping us sell our old house and buy a new one. Not only did his expertise save us thousands of dollars, but he was always available to explain every part of the process and guide us through it. Moreover, his network of skilled mortgage brokers and property appraisers made the experience seamless. Sam brought the right people
Everyone seemed to be building & selling homes so we thought that we would get in on the action, the only thing we didn't account for was the challenge of selling the home. Apparently the old adage "build it and they will come" does not apply to custom homes in Calgary. So rather than drop our price, we engaged Sam to help Market the home and he did just. Sam brought the right people to tour the home and he helped us sell it for fifty thousand dollars more than we were asking.

Work brought us to Calgary and Sam helped welcome us like one of the white hat volunteers at the Calgary airport. Once we knew we were relocating, Sam took the time to understand what was important to our family and what we were looking for in a home, a community, schools and so-on. When we arrived in Calgary with a only limited amount of time to learn the city and find a home before our move date, Sam had planned and combined a weekend that included a complete tour of the city and an introduction to several communities and homes that fit our needs like a glove.

Really knocked this one out of the park
I recently moved and had to sell my inner-city Calgary condo in short order so I could use the funds towards a timely purchase in Toronto. Really enjoyed our experience
We really enjoyed our experience working with Sam Olschewski. Not only did he sell our house in just over two weeks and helped us to buy a new house that we love, he is hard working and committed to his clients.
